2025 Week 21 GBP/JPY weekly strategy daily chart

Last week, price rose to the weekly chart high, then fell back and closed the gap that opened on Monday, ending the week there.
On the daily chart, this is the price where a pullback would look the most textbook.
It may take a few more days for the decline to stop and price to turn higher, but I want to keep waiting for a chance to ride the uptrend.

Shifting the bias down to the day-trading level, the situation can reasonably be read as a bullish shift.
However, rather than price rising smoothly from here, I think it would be ideal for it to pull back once more to around 145 yen before rising.
The picture I have is that this move shows up as a gradual reversal on the daily chart, followed by a rise.

While keeping that scenario in mind as the backdrop, for day trading I’ll follow the waves on the 1-hour and 15-minute charts.
