2025/03/25 GBP/JPY Trade Strategy

The 2025/03/25 GBP/JPY trade strategy is basically a bullish bias.
The daily chart flow favors buyers, and I’m thinking it might go up to around 195.8.
However, the area around the blue line at the current price zone is a price zone that acts as resistance.
There is also a flow of declines following a double top formation on the daily and weekly charts, so in day trading you need to watch for a change in the flow.
Scenario A
A pattern where price breaks through the blue line resistance and rises further.
I’ll enter while watching out for a false breakout to the upside.
Target is around 195.8.
Scenario B
A pattern where price fails to break the 195 line on the first attempt and moves into a range.
I’ll look for a long from the pink line S/R around 194.7, but depending on the shape of the chart I may also pass.
Scenario C
If price breaks below the pink line, I’ll temporarily switch to a bearish bias for day trading.
I’ll aim for selling the rally after the break below.
Target is around 194.4, but since the overall flow is bullish, I need to watch out for a reversal to the upside.
If the flow looks like it’s changing, I’ll exit immediately.
Review

Scenario C played out.
There were about three entry opportunities around ○1, so if you were able to switch your bias based on the morning trade strategy, this wasn’t a difficult market. 30 pips
After that, price retraced a little before dropping again, but I feel there’s no need to force an entry around there.
That said, looking at the higher timeframe environment, you could picture a decline that forms a pullback, so holding the ○1 position and extending profits down one more leg is a valid option.
