2026/02/26 GBP/JPY Trade Strategy

Today's GBP/JPY call: Buy.
Price is near the 1-hour range low, so if this level holds, it’s a buy.
Go long once you confirm downside stalling on the lower timeframe; if it breaks below, look to sell the rally.
The bigger trend is bullish, so any sell is a short-term trade aiming at the formation of a pullback on the higher timeframe.

It was Scenario C.
As per the scenario, you could go short from around circle ① or circle ②.
Take profit when the target is reached. 50 pips
After that, wait for price to come back to the C line again. At circle ③, where you can judge that price failed to break above the C line and the decline is continuing, go short once more.
Take profit when price breaks through the target and looks like it’s about to bounce. 57 pips
Holding here is also an option.
This trade also falls under Scenario C.
After a key level is broken, pullbacks/retracements occur repeatedly at the 5-minute chart (M5) level, the 15-minute chart (M15) level, the 1-hour chart (H1) level, and so on.
In this case, circle ① and circle ② are retracements at the 15-minute (M15) level, and circle ③ is a retracement at the 1-hour (H1) level.
