2026/03/25 USD/JPY Trade Strategy

Today's USD/JPY call: Buy.
I have a bullish bias, but it’s not a market I feel like trading aggressively.
I see the 4-hour chart (H4) as a sell, but the 1-hour chart (H1) looks like it might be a buy.
Price could aim for the high once more on the 1-hour chart (H1), but I can also see it forming a double top and then dropping.
In short, it’s a tricky market, so the smart move is not to force anything.
If price breaks below the B line, I’ll switch to selling.
Review

No trade.
Since this is Scenario A, it’s tempting to buy at ○1, but the pullback is a bit shallow.
With the blue line as the target, the stop-loss level would be far from this position, so the risk-reward isn’t good.
After that it’s outside the plan, but ○2 is a buy.
Price formed a double bottom just before it, so this is a long from that neckline.
The idea is to buy on the assumption that it breaks to the upside, and this is the best opportunity of the day.
After that, ○3 after the breakout is also a buy.
