2026/03/27 GBP/JPY Trade Strategy

Today's GBP/JPY call: Buy.
Price is still near the highs, but signs of a drop are starting to appear.
For now I still have a bullish bias, but if price breaks below the range here, it’s a sell.
Review

No trade.
My morning scenario was built around buying, so there was no trade opportunity.
As long as price doesn’t break the C line, the bias is bullish, but looking at the flow on the 1-hour chart (H1), highs were turning down (making lower highs), and it looked like it was “about to drop.”
Picturing that flow, going short around the red circles is a valid option.
The first red circle aims to catch the drop down to the C line, and the next red circle is selling the rally on the lower timeframes, assuming a break below.
You need to be ready to get out immediately if price doesn’t fall and shows signs of rising, so this is a more advanced trade.
